Drilling-milling machine with x - y - z continuous interpolation
The MDE Series comprises precision machines designed for high-reliability tapping operations.
They are controlled by numerical control and two brushless motors, one dedicated to rotation and one to spindle descent.
The continuous interpolation of the two axes, combined with the recirculating ball screw, allows for rigid tapping without mechanical play.
The encoders constantly monitor position and speed, ensuring high precision and repeatability in machining.
The machines in the series are designed for integration with Industry 4.0 systems and can be combined with a rotary table for continuous cycle machining.
